Mini-feast 💛

Last March, just before the lockdown in Metro Manila, I visited this quaint, by-reservation only restaurant in Baguio City that serves Mediterranean food.

In hindsight, I am so grateful that I was able to dine at the cookhouse before COVID-19 happened. I really am a sucker for restaurants with the best sunset view (Marcia Adams is my favorite!)

By the way thank you Chef Babes for the corner table with the best view! 😊🤗
*taking in the rustic ambiance while sitting down quietly for that #hygge feeling
I requested right away out hot beverages: my dark hot chocolate topped with a HUGE marshmallow and his brewed coffee (as always😂☕)
Appetizer: Flat bread with hummus
Chicken parmesan pie:
Pan-fried thigh fillet seasoned with parmesan cheese and fresh tomatoband basul sauce, layered with mozarella cheese and topped with mashed potatoes, herbs and parmesan cheese. Oven-roasted for that crusty pie goodness!
I wasn’t able to take a solo shot of my main, but there’s my dish right in front: Grilled boneless lamb leg marinated in Middle Eastern spices, served with fresh miny and yougurt sauce and veggies and crispy chuck pea sides
