
Last March, just before the lockdown in Metro Manila, I visited this quaint, by-reservation only restaurant in Baguio City that serves Mediterranean food.
In hindsight, I am so grateful that I was able to dine at the cookhouse before COVID-19 happened. I really am a sucker for restaurants with the best sunset view (Marcia Adams is my favorite!)






Pan-fried thigh fillet seasoned with parmesan cheese and fresh tomatoband basul sauce, layered with mozarella cheese and topped with mashed potatoes, herbs and parmesan cheese. Oven-roasted for that crusty pie goodness!
